INFO

Truman Alfaro has spent the better part of 13 years doing what he does best: making things happen behind the scenes so everything looks effortless in front of them. As a Producer and Project Manager, he's wrangled creative chaos into acclaimed productions including Netflix's Julie and the Phantoms, Disney's The Family Singalong, The Hocus Pocus 25th Anniversary Halloween Bash, and the podcast Overthinkers Society with Su Lee…all while keeping the trains running, the talent happy, and the coffee hot.

Most of that magic was made at The KO Company and 5678: A Kenny Ortega Company, where Truman served as Manager, Producer, and Creative Development Head, doing everything from script notes and talent relations to office management and creative strategy. He's the kind of person who can pivot from a budget spreadsheet to a story pitch to a HR conversation before lunch and make it look easy.

Off set, Truman has put just as much heart into the communities he cares about. He served on the Board of Directors for The Imagen Foundation, championing the inclusion of Latinx voices in entertainment media, and was named one of Imagen's 2022 Influential Latinos in Media. He's also lent his time to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Children's Miracle Network, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society because doing good work and doing good aren't mutually exclusive.

These days, Truman has brought that same connector energy to his role as Corporate and Community Relations Coordinator at the University of South Florida's Corporate Training and Professional Education department, helping organizations level up their teams through programs in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and more.

He holds a BA in Psychology and Mass Communication from the University of Central Florida which, honestly, explains a lot.
